About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing robust safety frameworks, and fostering a strong health and safety culture within our organisation.
  • As a leader, you will oversee key safety projects, manage property safety across various assets, including fire, gas, electrical safety, water hygiene, asbestos, district heating, and building safety.

About You:
  • You possess a Housing Management Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of current best practice in property safety and the ability to keep up-to-date with evolving good practice.
  • Understands the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion, treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably.
