Job Summary
The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments and investigations to identify risks and provide appropriate interventions.
  2. Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners.
  3. Prepare and present reports and evidence for court, demonstrating a strong understanding of legal frameworks.
  4. Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
  5. Participate in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities to enhance your practice.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in child protection, safeguarding, and court work.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Knowledge: A thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and systemic approaches.
