Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumJob Description:Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop your area sales plan in line with our 3-year strategy and align it with monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Customer Engagement: Promote and secure factory and showroom visits to showcase our business and products, fostering strong relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a sound technical understanding of all Omega products and services to support the sales process, ensuring that you can provide expert advice to customers.
  • Commercial Solutions: Work closely with the business to develop improved commercial solutions that deliver sales and improve operating profit, negotiating and renegotiating deals to successful conclusions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Kitchen Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the kitchen industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience of handling a sales budget over £1 million.
  • IT Literacy: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
