About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Manager to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As an In-Store Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that our Sainsbury's store is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to deliver a high-quality cleaning service
- Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules and rotas to meet business needs
- Monitor and manage Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Support with recruiting and training new cleaning staff
- Complete timesheets and ensure accurate payment for cleaning staff
Requirements
- Experience of managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and Health & Safety protocols
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
