Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee the cleaning operations at one of our Sainsbury's stores. As In-Store Cleaning Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the store is maintained to a high standard, and managing the cleaning schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver a high-quality cleaning service
• Plan and manage the cleaning schedule to ensure the store is maintained to a high standard
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in cleaning processes and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
