We're a leading facilities management company, and we're looking for an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and organized individual to oversee the cleaning operations at one of our Sainsbury's stores. As In-Store Cleaning Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners, planning their rotas, and ensuring the store is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver a high-quality cleaning service
• Plan and manage cleaning rotas to ensure efficient use of resources
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
• Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment
• Valid driving license (desirable)
