Sales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Media Steps Consulting Limited. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of clients, ensuring they make the most of our exhibition and digital solutions.

About the Role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of 75 clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to maximize spending and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Travel internationally to competitor events, representing our company and building relationships with key clients.
  • Pitch solutions over the phone, virtual meetings, and in-person, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Manage a pipeline and report accurately on the status of each account, using your CRM skills to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system, such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and drive sales growth.
