Sales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Media Steps Consulting Limited. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of clients, ensuring they make the most of our exhibition and digital solutions to maximize spending and ensure everything runs smoothly.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce. You will be comfortable traveling overseas to competitor events and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and retain a portfolio of clients
  • Liaise with clients to ensure they make the most of our exhibition and digital solutions
  • Manage a pipeline and report accurately on the status of each account
  • Pitch solutions over the phone, virtual meetings, and in person
