Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the global sales team to organize onboarding, training, and manage learning tools and tech stack.
  • Lead a results-focused continuous learning program across regions.
  • Identify and share knowledge and best practices across the region to continually raise the bar and provide transparency.
  • Mentor a high-performing revenue team to support sales excellence.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing & Client Success to improve the enablement experience, process, and speed up ramp time.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness improvements and skill development for stakeholders and enablement participants.
  • Design and execute role-specific new hire programs to layer on top of the Global Revenue 100-day onboarding plans.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales enablement role.
  • Experience of enterprise software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales.
  • Effective at working cross-functionally and collaboratively, with the ability to align differing perspectives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability & proven track record at defining and managing project priorities and timelines to achieve results.
  • Executive presence and proven ability to establish credibility with senior leadership.
  • Skilled at getting teams excited about and committed to new initiatives.
  • Enjoys thinking both strategically and tactically to address business challenges.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and provide the right level of detail to your audience.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing revenue teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
