We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Technician to join our team based near Northampton on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract (with a chance to go permanent). The role is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming and outgoing raw materials and fragrance batches, supporting production with any queries relating to raw materials or production batches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control tests to determine differences in quality, investigate and record non-conformances and reworking according to specification, release raw materials and fragrance batches after testing.
  • Collaboration: Assist production teams with any queries relating to raw material or production batches.
  • Process Management: Proactive re-testing of all batches and materials due, problem-solving and issuing clear rework instructions.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working efficiently under pressure. A-level qualifications in Science are preferred, as well as previous experience in performing quality control on aromas and fragrances.
