Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Production Specialist to join our team at Impact Recruitment Services. As an Industrial Production Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the set-up and operation of machines, ensuring materials are accurately cut to specified widths and lengths.

Salary and Benefits: This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £13.32-£14.30 per hour, plus benefits such as paid training and opportunities for career advancement. The working hours are 6am-1pm and 1pm-8pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the set-up and operation of machines to ensure accurate cutting of materials.
  • Maintain machine performance, ensuring consistency and accuracy to avoid wastage and ensure quality.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of machinery, supporting operators in preparing runs, loading materials, and checking inks.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environments is desirable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to maintain accurate records.
