Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage incoming customer orders, pro-forma invoices, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Upsell products and identify opportunities to increase sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with customers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to maximize repeat business and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to drive sales and profitability, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Meet personal and team targets, as well as set KPIs, to ensure consistent performance and improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure timely communication with warehouses for order fulfillment and dispatch, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries efficiently, providing prompt and effective responses to customers.
- 1-2 years' experience in a busy office environment, preferably in internal sales (though not essential).
- Strong people skills and results-driven mindset, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different situations, and proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a team player attitude and capacity to work independently when required.
- Competitive base salary of £26-28,000 per annum.

- Free car parking and a Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm working schedule.
