Role Overview
Chevron Traffic Management is seeking a skilled 12ab Traffic Management Operative to join our team in Stafford. As a key member of our high-speed road crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain temporary traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, and frames, on high-speed roads.
- Provide guidance and support to new trainees, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and development.
Requirements
- Hold a valid 12ab Lantra qualification.
- Have a thorough understanding of Chapter 8 guidelines.
- Possess a full driving license with no more than 6 points and no recent driving bans.
- Pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Demonstrate a positive 'can-do' attitude, with adaptability and flexibility in your work approach.
- Achieve meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
