We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Vero HR Ltd, a leading provider of HR services in the local area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue job offer packs and complete onboarding checks to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain our digital HR self-service platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and issue letters confirming contractual changes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the off-boarding process of leavers, ensuring a professional and respectful exit.
  • Administer employee benefits, including life assurance, to support the well-being of our employees.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure changes are communicated effectively.
  • Handle employee and line manager policy queries, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Take notes in meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions and decisions.
  • Provide data analysis for monthly management reports, helping us to make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a HR Administrator role, with a friendly and approachable style.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in the use of IT, including HR systems and software.
  • A 'can-do' approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of circa £26,000, dependent on experience.

  • A flexible working hours arrangement, with a standard working day of 08:30 – 17:00 across Monday-Friday.
