Job Summary:

We are looking for a Therapeutic Care Worker to join our team at Earthsea House. As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for children, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being, and working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapeutic support to children in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to meet the needs of the children
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and supportive environment for children
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who has:

Experience of working with children therapeutically or in a residential settingAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstancesWhat We Offer:
