We're seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our technology team at Spinks. As a key player in our globally roaming workforce, you'll ensure our on-premise services are secure, resilient, and always on.

This role is perfect for a tech enthusiast with a knack for delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. You'll dive into the latest technologies, playing a crucial role in both day-to-day operations and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, IIS, Group Policy, Microsoft Certificate Services, SQL, and PowerShell.
  • Oversee on-premise Exchange Servers with a focus on optimal performance and uptime.
  • Administer VMware vSphere, vSAN, Horizon, Aria, and Cloud Foundation environments.
  • Drive our security initiatives, participating in penetration tests, and enhancing protocols to protect our data.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computing or Engineering, with formal certifications in Microsoft Server and VMware vSphere technologies.
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft technologies and on-premise Exchange Servers.
  • Proficiency in backup and storage technologies, with knowledge of Okta and RSA as a bonus.
