Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Financial Advisers in providing exceptional service to their clients.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing client review meetings, undertaking financial planning administration duties, and creating effective meeting packs to enable our Financial Advisers to focus on providing excellent advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Organize client review meetings and ensure all necessary information is gathered and prepared.
- Undertake financial planning administration duties, including checking and updating client attitude to risk, preparing current investment reports, and obtaining new or missing information.
- Create effective meeting packs to support our Financial Advisers in providing excellent advice to clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all actions are completed and liaise with other departments as necessary.
- Strong personal assistant experience with a focus on financial services.
- Knowledge of financial planning processes, products, and how a Financial Advisor operates is beneficial.
- Motivated by the prospect of joining a growing business and contributing to its success.

Benefits- Competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000.
