Job Title: Project Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Sales Specialist to join our team at M&E Recruitment Services. As a Project Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively selling exterior lighting and associated products and services through planning, managing, and developing a profiled business/territory portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Manage clients and prospective clients in your allocated area- arranging quotes, holding margin, oversee order entry and project management
  • Work with your line manager to create and implement sales strategies
  • Ensure that your project bank is kept up to date
  • Be able to forward forecast for your area to help with the buying / product forecasting
  • Influence, maintain and raise the brand perception of the business within your area

Requirements:

  • Good lighting knowledge & specification sales process/construction industry
  • Computer Literate (MS Office)
  • A proven track record in sales and have previous success in achieving sales targets and KPI's, experience in the lighting & construction industry would be an advantage but not essential
  • Clear ability to influence a sale by selling the features and benefits
  • UK Driving Licence

What We Offer:

60,000 to £65,000 plus Generous Bonus Scheme, Company Car or Car Allowance, Share Scheme plus package
