Back Grinding Equipment Maintenance Expert

As a Back Grinding Equipment Maintenance Expert, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. With a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and a minimum of HNC/HND or degree, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and support to our Back Grind equipment.
You'll work closely with other engineers and technicians to identify, troubleshoot and manage Back Grind semiconductor equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting preventive maintenance procedures
- Monitoring equipment-related activities
- Ensuring equipment is operating at peak performance
- Collaborating with the team to meet production targets
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 DOE, 25 days holiday, regular performance appraisals, discretionary bonuses, and opportunities for career progression.
