About the Role:
B&M Care Homes, a leading provider of residential and specialist dementia care, is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Templemore Care Home in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean allocated rooms, including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets, and equipment, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist with bed making where applicable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for residents.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and COSHH policies and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of residents and staff.
- Clean sanitary and other equipment in line with infection control policies, upholding the highest standards of care.
