**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Templemore Care Home. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with residents, families, and the Home Manager to develop seasonal menus that cater to diverse backgrounds, cultures, and dietary requirements.
* Ensure the delivery of an excellent dining room and mealtime experience, focusing on presentation and nutritional value.
* Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and maintaining high standards.
* Effectively manage kitchen finances, adhering to company-set budgets.
* Lead and develop the kitchen team through supervision, appraisals, and induction of new members.

**Requirements:**

* Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above.
