Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

At Randstad Construction & Property, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards of our clients are consistently met and compliant with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality standards are met and compliant with specifications
  • Encourage continuous improvements across projects
  • Promote and implement Project Quality Management Systems
  • Interact with project construction and suppliers to ensure correct fabrication and installation
  • Conversant with nuclear fabrication specifications
  • Fluent with material certification review
  • Participate in audit activities at supplier works and on-site
  • Timely, effective, and concise reporting
  • Promote a disciplined approach to supplier deliverable approval and concurrent review of lifetime quality records
Requirements:
  • Nuclear experience working in a QA function or QC function with development into QA via lead audit and CQI membership
  • Oversight of subcontractors, compilation, and review of lifetime records
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and Sellafield CQRM
  • Maintenance of package status and progress reporting, raising issues, and liaising with the project and client QA/QC team
  • CSWIP qualified Welding Inspector 3.1 or 3.2
  • PCN II qualified in LPI/MPI/RI/U/T
  • Painting Inspector, Qualified, ICCOR Level 2 or equivalent
  • NEBOSH/IOSH/CCNSG Safety Passport training
