Job Title: Medical Communications Team Lead

At IQVIA, we're seeking an experienced Medical Communications Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our editorial team, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of medical writers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of medical writers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that meet business objectives
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in client-facing meetings to discuss content needs and develop solutions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
  • UK citizen or resident with the right to work in the UK
  • BSc or higher in biomedical science or a related field
  • Substantial experience in medical communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Line management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
