About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at The Access Group. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and developing scripts to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via ticket portal, telephone, or email to resolve complex queries.
  • Develop scripts to provide new service offerings and assist with internal business process improvement.
  • Produce detailed reporting and analysis for business intelligence and bespoke projects.
  • Ensure the quality of support meets The Access Customer Service standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop a broad knowledge of our software and its debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs and investigating API data.
  • Flexibility and pragmatism, with the ability to self-plan and respond to shifting priorities.
