Technical Support Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via ticket portal, telephone, or email, resolving complex queries and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of our software and its debugging tools, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and quality in our support services.
  • Produce detailed reporting and analysis to inform business intelligence and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and pragmatism, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in APIs and data investigation, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
