This is a strategic opportunity where you will be able to drive financial performance at your site and partner with non-finance stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accurate weekly financial reporting for your site and supporting the site management team with increasing site productivity and profitability. Your duties will include producing and presenting weekly financial reports, reviewing month end accounts, producing ad hoc financial analysis, preparing business plans and forecasts, and developing customer profitability analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Producing and presenting weekly financial reports for the site management team.
  2. Reviewing and presenting month end accounts to the Finance Director and FP&A Manager.
  3. Providing ad hoc financial analysis and commentary for the site management team.
  4. Preparing business plans and forecasts, and tracking reliability of plans and performance against budgets and forecasts.
  5. Developing customer profitability analysis to support strategic decision making.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have experience of working in management accounts, be competent with double entry bookkeeping, and have the ability to speak and present to both finance and non-finance stakeholders at varying levels.

You will be studying CIMA or ACCA, but my client is also considering individuals who are studying AAT or qualified by experience.
