Events and Room Service Server Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Events and Room Service Server to join our team at The London EDITION hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Interact with various hotel departments, including Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Record transactions accurately and efficiently in the MICROS system.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, floors, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Food and Beverage role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
