- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused projects and initiatives.
- Manage and negotiate partner contracts to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Develop and motivate teams to achieve department and business targets.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial leadership and negotiation.
