LME Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LME Account Executive to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clients, executing trading requests, and expanding our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day servicing of Japanese-speaking clients, executing trading requests with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Interaction with clients via telephone, email, and electronic messenger to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- Closely collaborate with the Tokyo sales team and be part of the London sales team, interacting with trading, credit, and operations departments to drive business growth.
- Expand into business development, travel frequently to meet with clients and prospects, and assist with European client coverage.
- Produce a daily Japanese trading report for both clients and colleagues to keep them informed of market developments.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within commodity and/or financial markets, with a strong understanding of trading and market dynamics.
- Driven to succeed, with a proven track record of passing regulatory examinations and internal compliance and IT security training.
- Able to work in high-pressure situations, both internally on the trading desk and externally when dealing with customers.
- Proficient knowledge of Eikon, Bloomberg, and LME Select, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
