We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring that it is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, using your expertise to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation, helping them to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit accurate service reports and documentation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
