Senior Rehabilitation Manager

We are seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Manager to lead our case management team in the Southeast, Central and Greater London region.
- This is a field-based role with travel requirements across the South region.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in case management and be able to work flexibly from Monday to Friday.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance of £4,200.
About the Role
As a Senior Rehabilitation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing rehabilitation services for clients across the South region. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless delivery of these services, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
You will be working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in case management;
- A deep understanding of the rehabilitation process and its various stages;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule with some flexibility.
