As a Wickes Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence in our Ipswich store. This includes leading by example, inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective operational management.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our store team and contribute to our success. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing stock levels, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting sales initiatives
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures

We offer a competitive salary of up to £39,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits, including:

  • 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
