Job Description

Lavender Jones Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Personal Assistant to join our client's team as a Travelling PA. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-net-worth individual and their family, providing exceptional support and discretion in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the principal's schedule, ensuring seamless travel arrangements and meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Communication: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally in both English and French.
  • Travel Planning: Organize and book travel, accommodations, and transportation for the principal and their family, including private jets and luxury villas.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute events, such as dinners, family gatherings, and weekend trips, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage documents, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Liaison and Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with the principal's team, household staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a high-net-worth individual or family.
  • Fluent French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken French.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
