H&R Talent is a leading hotel and real estate development company based in Wokingham. With a portfolio of 5 venues, we specialize in providing multi-use facilities that cater to both local communities and corporate clients.

Our mission is to create a seamless experience for our guests by incorporating various services within our hotel venues, including bedrooms, meeting and conference spaces, serviced offices, health and fitness facilities, and F&B offerings.

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Executive to oversee the configuration, enhancement, support, and integration of our hospitality applications and associated hardware. This includes the Point-of-Sale application, Property Management System, Sales & Catering, Restaurant reservations systems, Reporting & Analytics tools, and Guest Services Management Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily support and project-related tasks, maintaining inventory of hardware products, and ensuring the operational teams have the necessary equipment. They will also be involved in technology planning and strategy activities to ensure business objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing applications/systems to improve business efficiency
  • Assisting with the strategic and tactical support of key software systems
  • Tackling support requests in a timely manner and assisting with testing and deployments
  • Participating in technology planning and strategy activities
  • Implementing new applications and/or enhancements or upgrades of existing applications/systems
  • Providing support and assistance with training on the company's applications
  • Traveling to other hotel locations as required
  • Being flexible with working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
