As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering specific modules within a project based on client requirements. These modules may include documentation, PLC programming, SCADA configuration, testing, hardware design, installation, configuration, post-checks, and quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute programming and configuration tasks

• Assist in creating project documentation, including methodologies

• Ensure adherence to F24 and F14 Asset Standards

• Follow quality assurance procedures

• Complete tasks within agreed timelines

• Identify and report deviations from expected functionality to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager

• Develop project modules

• Contribute to and enhance project documentation

• Participate in comprehensive integrated system testing

• Engage in customer acceptance testing

• Handle variations and rework as necessary

• Supervise SCADA configuration and development

• Conduct site re-testing

• Perform post-checks and monitoring (Soak Test)

• Attend project meetings as required, representing the company and assisting the Senior Engineer/Project Manager

• Act as the company representative on-site, coordinating with clients and other vendors.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Proficient in ClearSCADA 'Top End' Commissioning
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices
  • Expertise in System Health Checking
  • Experience in System Alarm Analysis and Testing
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, particularly Schneider ClearSCADA, Wonderware, and Rockwell Factory Talk View
