Job Title: Administrator / Customer Correspondence Administration Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Customer Correspondence Administration Assistant to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise directly with customers via SMS, email, and written correspondence to provide assistance, resolve queries, and deliver important information.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring that all communications are conducted professionally and efficiently.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements and industry regulations when interacting with customers.
  • Apply the company's policies and procedures to all communications to foster trust and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / 365 (including MS Word, Outlook).
  • Polite and professional approach when dealing with customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A good administrative background.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
