European Sales Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth in the European market. This role requires a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the region's business culture, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the European market.
    • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
    • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Provide valuable insights to the leadership team to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Coordinate with the global sales team to align on strategies and best practices.
  • Reporting and Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships.
  • A proven track record of identifying and securing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • A strong understanding of SAAS/Software sales and partnership.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business goals.
  • Self-motivation with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
