Housekeeping Team Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of Housekeeping Assistants in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents at Sanctuary Group care homes across the UK.
Estimated Salary: £12.58 per hour plus pay rate enhancement on certain shifts, equating to an estimated annual salary of £25,600 based on 40 hours per week.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Housekeeping Assistants to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control guidelines.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- NVQ / QCF Level 2 qualified in Catering and Housekeeping or equivalent experience preferred.
- Demonstrate kindness and respect for older people's needs.
- Knowledge of infection control is advantageous.
