Job Summary: We require an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents.
Salary: £12.58 per hour plus pay rate enhancement on certain shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of Housekeeping Assistants to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents to resolve any issues.
