Spa Attendant Opportunity at Claridge's

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spa Attendant to join our Health Club and Spa team at Claridge's, a renowned 5-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair.

As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the gym areas, treatment and changing areas are adequately stocked with towels, robes, slippers, apples or water. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of these areas, as well as ensuring that products are kept topped up, clean and purposefully placed in the treatment rooms and on the tester stand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock and maintain gym areas, treatment and changing areas with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure products are kept clean and organized in treatment rooms and on tester stands.
  • Maintain daily assigned areas according to Claridge's standards and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional personal service to guests.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer care skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
  • Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
  • Ability to deal with high profile clients in a professional manner.
