Spa Attendant Opportunity at Claridge's

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spa Attendant to join our Health Club and Spa team at Claridge's, a renowned 5-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair.

As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the gym areas, treatment and changing areas are adequately stocked with towels, robes, slippers, apples or water. You will also be responsible for maintaining daily assigned areas according to Claridge's standards and procedures.

Successful candidates will be team players who are avid learners, adaptable, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will be well-presented with exceptional attention to detail and be flexible and well-organized.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a strong emphasis on personal service.
  • Ensuring products are kept topped up, clean, and purposefully placed in the treatment rooms and on the tester stand.
  • Cleaning and maintaining daily assigned areas according to Claridge's standards and procedures.
