Spa Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Spa Attendant to join our Health Club and Spa at Claridge's.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the gym areas, treatment and changing areas are adequately stocked with towels, robes, slippers, apples or water.
  • Responsible for ensuring products are kept topped up, clean and purposefully placed in the treatment rooms and on the tester stand.
  • Clean and maintain daily assigned areas according to Claridge's standards and procedures and daily work schedule.
  • Emphasize personal service at all times.
Requirements
  • Team player with a strong emphasis on interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-presented with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexible and well-organized with a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a confident, professional and welcoming personality.
  • Ability to deal with high-profile clients in a professional manner.
