Supporting Children with Additional Needs

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and develop their skills in SEN. As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work in a variety of settings and support children with different needs, gaining valuable experience and building your confidence.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the requirements to support pupils with additional needs
- Experience in supporting young people with SEN would be advantageous
- Training in PECS, Makaton, manual handling, and hoisting would be desired but not essential
- A dedicated recruitment consultant for your area
- Industry advice from a SEN consultant with a background in Special Educational Needs
- Tailored interview and trial preparation to ensure you are feeling confident and well prepared
- A dedicated compliance consultant to manage your file clearance
- An online timesheet portal and PAYE pay options to make things quick and easy
We offer a competitive salary of £85-£105 per day, plus 7% holiday pay. In addition, you will receive free CPD, access to Skills Network, a refer-a-friend scheme, recognition programme, and Affinity Extra discounts on multiple high street shops.
