Client Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team at Kin Vet Community. As a key member of our practice leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our client services team.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Service Delivery: Ensure that our client services team provides a professional, empathetic, and caring service that meets the highest standards of client care.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the client services team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of non-clinical services.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the client experience and streamline team workflows.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional client services.
- Compliance: Ensure that the client services team complies with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing and leading high-quality customer service teams, preferably within the veterinary field or a related sector. You should possess excellent leadership abilities, a positive attitude, and a can-do approach to problem-solving.
