About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our molecular and pathology sales teams in the UK. As a key member of our Sales & Account Management team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial profit and sales targets, expand market share, and deliver a customer experience beyond expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the customer landscape and foster a strong sales cycle that drives access to Roche solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of molecular and pathology sales specialists to drive commercial success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial profit and sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the customer landscape and foster a strong sales cycle.

About You:
You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in a healthcare business function. You excel in a dynamic environment where you have full accountability for your own and your team's development. A full UK driving licence is required along with the ability to use, manage, and coach on CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com). We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
