About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our BrewDog team. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our bar teams across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver training programs for our bar teams
  • Develop and implement training systems to support our team members
  • Support our network of regional and site-level trainers
  • Communicate effectively with our teams and stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience in training within a multi-site hospitality group
  • Prior experience in hospitality openings and customer service training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
