About This Opportunity

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Mental Capacity and Best Interest Decision Maker. In this critical role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and making informed decisions regarding Mental Capacity and Best Interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental capacity and make recommendations for support and care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote the best interests of individuals, taking into account their unique circumstances and preferences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure seamless care delivery.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Social Worker who possesses excellent analytical and communication skills, a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, and a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced Hospital environment.

Our Offer

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting our recognition of the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable individuals and their families. This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 37 hours per week. While there may be some home working involved, you will primarily work from our base in Hull Royal Infirmary and visit various Hospital sites to complete assessments.
