Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning and implementing IEPs for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, using a variety of strategies to engage them in their learning.
- Help establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and promotes social-emotional learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and other stakeholders.
