Special Needs Education Assistant Position

In this role as an SEN Support Worker with GSL Education, you will play a vital part in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and multicultural secondary school setting.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students, either one-on-one or in small groups, tailored to their unique needs and learning styles.
You will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring students receive the best possible education and care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or support worker to contribute to the success of the school's SEN department and grow professionally in a supportive environment.
- Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (£95 - £110 per day)
- Essential qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar setting
- LEVEL 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent and above is preferable but not essential
- GCSE Maths and English and Computer literate
