Job Description

In this Revenue Growth Coordinator position at BSI Companies, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, technical support, and lead generation activities. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via phone, email, and webchat, resolving their queries efficiently.
  • Providing expert support for our online platforms and Subscribing Membership, addressing complex issues and offering suitable alternatives.
  • Taking full ownership of end-to-end customer service, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Resolving technical issues with our online platforms, collaborating with second-line support when necessary.
  • Processing credit card payments for BSI products and services.
  • Passing feedback to relevant departments to inform product development improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, transferring leads to the sales team.
  • Supporting systems testing outside core working hours as required.
  • Contribution to achieving departmental goals and targets within the Customer Experience team.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£32,000, based on experience and qualifications.
